SITE SUPERVISOR

As a Site Supervisor at LIONG KEAN PLUMBING SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing all on-site construction activities in Kajang, Selangor. With a fulltime position, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of various plumbing projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee the daily operations and activities on the construction site, including monitoring progress, addressing issues and making necessary adjustments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong relationships
• Prepare detailed progress reports and other documentation as required
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient work practices
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
