Job descriptionInstall, configure, upgrade, and patch systems in Linux, Windows, or Middleware environments (on-premises & cloud) Perform regular health checks, backup / restore operations, and system monitoring Troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring high availability and uptime Manage hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP + on-prem) Use ITSM tools such as BMC Helix, ServiceNow, OpenText for incident, problem, and change management Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for root cause analysis and resolution Participate in shift rotations and standby / on-call duties Supervise and mentor team members across shifts Plan team rosters and allocate resources based on workload Serve as the point of escalation for high-impact incidents Drive compliance with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS) Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders Oversee performance tuning, capacity planning, and system security Ensure documentation consistency and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives Supporting complex hybrid environments across multiple platforms and technologies Managing uptime, SLAs, and rapid incident resolution under pressure Coordinating with global teams in multi-lingual environments Ensuring security compliance and audit readiness Balancing operational stability with technological advancement For Linux roles : Strong experience in Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu For Windows roles : Expertise in Windows Server platforms (on-prem & cloud) For Middleware roles : Experience with application servers, web servers, and integration layers Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Proficient in virtualization, backup, and storage technologies Skilled in ITSM tools : BMC Helix, ServiceNow, OpenText Knowledge in AIX, HPUX, Solaris is a plus Scripting and automation experience is an added advantage Strong multitasking and time management Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Able to work independently and collaboratively Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving technologies Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written) Strong documentation and cross-team communication skills 3–4 years experience in Linux / Windows / Middleware system administration Experience in ITIL-based environments and enterprise-scale IT operations 6–7 years experience including team leadership Proven experience managing hybrid infrastructure and escalations Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline ITIL Foundation v4 Relevant platform certifications (e.g., RHCE, MCSA, WebLogic, WebSphere) Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Admin, Azure Administrator) Exposure to mission-critical systems and hybrid cloud environments Leadership development and technical advancement opportunities Collaborative, fast-paced, and international working culture Opportunity to work with cutting-edge platforms and tools Linux Windows Middleware Also specify if you are applying for a Lead or Specialist role.
