Job descriptionDiagnose and repair defective PCBAs and electronic components. Support production teams in resolving product-related issues. Escalate recurring or major product issues to engineers for corrective action. Record inspection results, test outcomes, and repair actions. Prepare internal reports for quality tracking and management review. Document product issues, failure trends, and corrective actions taken. Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of safety standards and practices in manufacturing.
