Key Responsibilities

Product Inspection & Testing

  • Inspect PCBA products for defects, soldering quality, and component placement.
  • Conduct functional and reliability testing on electronic devices.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards before release to production or shipment.

Troubleshooting & Repair

  • Diagnose and repair defective PCBAs and electronic components.
  • Support production teams in resolving product-related issues.
  • Escalate recurring or major product issues to engineers for corrective action.

    • Documentation & Internal Reporting

  • Record inspection results, test outcomes, and repair actions.
  • Prepare internal reports for quality tracking and management review.
  • Document product issues, failure trends, and corrective actions taken.

    • Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in manufacturing.
