Production Manager

Our client is an industrial solutions provider specialising in the design, production and distribution of infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage and develop production staff, including training, performance reviews, and shift scheduling.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Analyse production data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Drive lean manufacturing and process optimisation initiatives.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid production delays.
