Logistic Coordinator

Position : Logistics Executive

Tenure : 5 months contract ONLY

Salary : Up to RM4500

Location : Kuala Lumpur Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Job Description

• Handling all Import and Export logistic duties
• Liaising with authorities for all import and export documentations
• Arranging and ensuring logistic arrangement is in order and meeting delivery due date
• Liaising with courier and logistic company for sea and air freight
• Handling materials purchase and monitoring supplier delivery
• Handling billing and customer service
• Maintain proper records of shipment data, systematic filing and storage of shipping documents for audit purpose
• To plan, coordinate, and execute shipments to meet customer requirements, considering cost, transit time, and delivery deadlines
• Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when required
• Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Supply Chain / Logistic preferably in an oil & gas, energy sector
• Have good experience dealing with local and European countries' logistic matters
• Detail oriented with good analytical skills and meticulous
• Required skills : Computer literate, proactive in resolving issues, strong sense of urgency, result oriented, work independently, positive attitude, good team player, excellent communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skill
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
