About the role

FKTT LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the movement of freight and cargo to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to plan and schedule freight movements
• Monitor shipments and provide updates on delivery status to clients
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the logistics process
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as shipping manifests and customs clearance forms
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members as required
