Job descriptionAble to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargo Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory. Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits. Maintain a systematic document filing. Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection. Diploma / Degree holder in Business / Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field, preferably with experience in the Chemical field. Positive working attitude & be a good team player. Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel / words. Good communication and interaction skills. Neat and discipline on documentation. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu.

- To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
- Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers
