Job Descriptions

  • To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
  • Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers

and / or management.

  • Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargo

    • transportations / status.

  • Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
  • Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.
  • Maintain a systematic document filing.
  • Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.

    • Perform any other ad hoc assigned by the department head.

    Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business / Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field, preferably with experience in the Chemical field.
  • Positive working attitude & be a good team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel / words.
  • Good communication and interaction skills.
  • Neat and discipline on documentation.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu.

    Pay : RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
