Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.Coordinate with therapists and practitioners for smooth daily operations.Update and monitor the appointment system daily.Assist in daily reporting and end-of-day closing tasks.Clinic Operations
Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and assist in ordering when needed.Support marketing or social media activities when required.Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or clinic reception (preferred).Good communication skills in English and Mandarin .Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment management systems.Positive attitude, well-groomed, and service-oriented.Able to work on weekends and public holidays (with scheduled rest days).Working Hours
