Job Summary
Part‑time and full‑time Advisor needed at AIA Public Takaful. Bring your passion for sales, PR and digital marketing to help clients secure Takaful plans and other financial products.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through group training and individual coaching.
- Present Takaful insurance, unit trusts, mortgage and other financial services to clients.
- Build and manage a team, progressing to Unit Manager within 2 years.
- Meet sales targets, earn commissions and participate in overseas trips.
- Learn and apply digital marketing and PR skills to grow client base.
Minimum Requirements
Good knowledge of Malaysian Takaful, insurance and related financial services.Communication & PR, Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing experience (preferably in Insurance / Takaful, Unit Trust, Mortgage, Banking). Other related fields encouraged.Positive attitude, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and high integrity.Willing to work under group training system, be teachable and willing to learn.Qualification : SPM, Diploma, Degree and above.Location : Malaysia.What We Offer
