We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Solutions Sales Senior Specialist, Vice President (Internal Job Title : Solutions Sales Senior Specialist - C13 ) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Top Tier Local Corporates and Global Subsidiaries and be responsible for TTS (Treasury and Trade Solutions) sales origination, cross-sell and retention across the portfolio
- Deepen wallet penetration, revenue realization and expansion, and drive customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and reduced attrition
- Serve as primary global or regional point of contact and accountability for TTS sales origination and related activities to clients
- Act as trusted advisor for the TTS solutions provided to clients and be responsible for overall client satisfaction
- Manage and drive the deal team and collaborate with Relationship Managers, TTS Product, Client Delivery and O&T to achieve objectives
- Coordinate with Product Management for regional development and lead execution of multiple country solutions
- Establish and monitor the sales strategy to improve origination, focus on bringing new clients to the portfolio, and ensure opportunities are executed with the right solution for client requirements
- Ensure sales best practices and success cases are implemented across countries
- Closely manage client portfolio and address risk mitigation needs when necessary
- Lead sales campaigns by country / product to improve market share and client penetration
- Track portfolio revenues and drivers against targets
- Work with control functions (Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance) to ensure governance and control infrastructure
- Build a culture of responsible finance, governance, ethics, and expense discipline
- Assess risk / reward of transactions with attention to the firm’s reputation and applicable laws and regulations
- Adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services
Qualifications
6-10 years of experienceExtensive client facing / sales experiencePrevious Transaction Banking experience and understanding of trade and cash products requiredExperience with credit approval process and risk discussions is desiredA combination of commercial and analytical skillsExperience with new client acquisition would be an advantageStrong written and verbal communication skillsEducation
