We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior Events Executive to join our team. As a Senior Events Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our multi-service agency, acting as a bridge between our agency and our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be planning and assisting in project coordination while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. You'll be a vital link internally with working teams as well as externally with various clients.

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Events Executive, your key responsibilities will include :

• Planning and executing events of various disciplines.
• Meeting and collaborating with clients to understand their brief and requirements.
• Working closely with agency colleagues to create campaigns that align with the client's objectives and budget.
• Leading or assisting in conceptualising and ideation of various events.
• Development of presentation materials and contributing innovative campaign ideas.
• Collaborating with internal team and manager to gather essential information for campaigns and proposal development.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships between clients and the agency, ensuring seamless communication.
• Negotiating with clients and vendors to meet campaign requirements.
• Presenting creative work and reports to clients for approval and feedback.
• Providing detailed administrative documentation, including contact reports and communication recaps.
• Handling various administrative tasks and arranging and attending meetings.
• Participating in pitch presentations with the goal of securing new business for the agency.

Working Hours :

Your typical workweek will run from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, there may be occasions where early starts or late stays are necessary to meet project deadlines.

Weekend work may be required based on campaign demands.

What to Expect :
