About the role

Starlite Electrical Ind. Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and experienced Chargeman to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role is a key position within our Electrical / Electronic Engineering department, responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems and installations.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out daily operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, switchboards, and machinery.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure smooth running of equipment and reduce downtime.
• Monitor, inspect, and ensure all electrical installations comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) requirements.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and provide technical support to production and facility teams.
• Maintain proper records of servicing, inspection, and repair works.
• Ensure workplace and electrical safety standards are always met.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities when required.
