Responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understand and perform technical investigation and diagnosis.
- Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented - Provide technical support to end user as required.
- Able to guide & support Senior / Junior Analyst to solve project technical challenge.
- Technically strong to investigate, diagnosis, develop or oversee development of PowerApps and Power BI reports to improve existing solution app.
Requirements
Experiences :
4+ years working experience as BAU L2 Support for Power Apps (especially MDA) & Power AutomateExtensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI (good to have).A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem.Strong teamwork skills and attention to details.Experience in DevOps tool such as MS Azure DevOps will be advantageous.Practical Skills / Abilities :
Able to communicate well in English.SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture.Experience in customer service, leadership and business support will be advantageous.Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.Resourceful, independent and result oriented.A good team player and keen to learn.Possess personal attributes such as hard-working attitude, interpersonal skills, professional integrity, and initiative.Keen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude.Would be advantageous to have Microsoft Certification :
