Industrial Solutions Specialist will be in charge of the operations and solutions management in the frame of Flight Hour and LRU Services. The Industrial Solutions Specialist will work within a team of repair & transport / logistic solutions experts. The main aim of this team is to build and maintain the set-up for FHS repair & Transport supply chain.
Primary Responsibilities
- Searching and managing maintenance repair and transport capabilities
- Collecting & organizing the capabilities from suppliers
- Supporting all the entries into service to find the adapted operational solution
- Industrializing the operational processes for this activity
- Entry into service management and support to sales campaign
- Focal point for FHS networking needs (synchronizing FHS programs, procurement, operations, repair contacts)
- Following-up a complete Entry into Service Industrial solution mapping
- Preparing the repair & transport / logistic instructions for the future business
- Operations solutions and network maintenance
- Supporting the operational team and collecting capabilities
- Searching for FHS and LRU services solutions
- Maintaining and following-up FHS customer specificities and network according to their contract expectations as well as certificates
- Manage and drumbeat operational projects or process improvements management; find alternatives repair solutions with significant transport cost reduction, prospecting and pre‑sales anticipation needs
- Supplier Data management specialist : manage all supplier data in accordance with ARP and the FHS MIS (AMASIS); run regular data synchronization and standardize MIS data for invoicing and delivery
- Act as focal point and interface with Supplier Quality & Procurement (PESC / SOPM)
