ADMIN AND ISO CONTROLLER ASSISTANT

Overview

Assist organization implement ISO standards, and guide them through the certification process until to be certified. Ensuring that the organization adheres to the ISO 9001 : 2015 standard's requirements, which typically involves creating, documenting, maintaining, updating management processes, manual, procedures, work instruction and forms. Develop, implement and maintain document control processes and procedures related to the standard for establishing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001 : 2015. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and regulations Identify and address non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions Work with the organization's management team to develop a strategic plan for implementing the necessary changes to meet ISO standards. Ensure that all document is current, properly formatted, and accessible to relevant personnel Stay up-to-date with changes in ISO standards and other regulatory requirements Assist in the preparation of management review meetings and provide recommendations for continual improvement Responsibilities

Requirements : Diploma in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience, familiarity and practices related to document control such as (ISO Standards), Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO ) could also add value to a candidate's profile Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in document handling Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with another department.
