• Job Responsibilities :
• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with strong design expertise and hands-on experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will combine design skills with digital marketing knowledge to deliver impactful campaigns and drive brand growth across multiple channels.
• ## Create compelling designs using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and AI tools.
• ## Proficiency in creative software : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, Figma.
• ## Plan and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across various platforms.
• ## Develop and refine copywriting and proofreading tasks to align with the brand’s voice and campaign goals.
• ## Leverage AI-driven marketing tools to streamline workflows, optimize content delivery, and improve campaign performance.
• ## Manage and optimize digital and social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
• ## Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Support) to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure brand consistency.
• ## Design, build, and optimize high-converting digital marketing funnels for lead generation and customer engagement.
• ## Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights and recommend improvements.
• ## Innovate and develop new strategies to engage customers and strengthen brand presence in the fintech industry.
• ## Coordinate the production of engaging content for ads, landing pages, and social media posts.
• ## Support marketing initiatives such as online promotions, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), sales memos, and more.
