Junior Quality Control

Job Description :

We are seeking a Junior QC Inspector to support our Quality Assurance / Quality Control team in ensuring that all engineering and machined components meet the required quality standards. This is an ideal position for fresh graduates or junior professionals with a passion for engineering, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the manufacturing quality field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform basic visual, dimensional, and measurement inspections on machined and fabricated components
• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and measuring tapes
• Verify that products meet technical drawings, specifications, and tolerance requirements
• Record inspection results and prepare reports in line with company and ISO documentation standards
• Assist in identifying, reporting, and documenting non-conformances (NCRs)
• Tag and isolate rejected items, and liaise with production and QA teams for resolution
• Support in-line and final inspections during production and before shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration status of inspection tools and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies during inspection activities
• Undertake other duties assigned or directed from time to time
