Overview

Looking for a thrilling opportunity to join a dynamic team and elevate your fund management expertise? Look no further than our Assistant Supervisor Funds position! We\'re seeking a top-notch professional to help us champion the highest standard of fund integrity and ensure our investment operations are meticulously managed and always running smoothly.

Jobs & Responsibilities :

  • Participate in internal audit processes and lead follow-up improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
  • Consolidate PSP and cash flow analyses into regular management reports to support financial decision-making and funding strategies.
  • Review and enhance cash flow forecasting models to improve capital utilization and ensure agile liquidity management.
  • Collaborate with the finance manager in cross-functional coordination and prepare executive-level presentations to support business needs.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing fixed deposits and short-term investments to maximize idle fund returns and overall yield.
  • Supervise a small finance team, with responsibilities including task delegation, timeline monitoring, and team development.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office / Programs (General Functions of Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
  • Able to start immediately / on short notice is an added advantage.
