Title : Oracle HCM Time & Labor Techno Functional Consultant
Location : Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Task Description : We are seeking a senior-level Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant to join our team for a long-term, remote engagement. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Time and Labor solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead client-facing workshops and discussions to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud OTL and Absence modules with a focus on scheduling and logistic sector needs.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices for Time and Labor implementations.
- Work closely with project stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.
- Manage documentation, testing, training, and go-live support activities.
