Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in Warehouse and Yard operations.Leadership & Communication : Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with vendors and clients.Proactive & Independent : A self‑starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.IT Proficiency : Must be IT literate and highly proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office); experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.Organizational Skills : A highly organized individual with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and pay strong attention to detail.Problem‑Solving : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
