VDart Digital announced the appointment of Mohamed Irfan Peeran as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Irfan steps into the role after serving as Managing Director, where he played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth, driving strategic diversification, and spearheading its global expansion.

He brings with him extensive leadership experience from previous roles at the State of Michigan, Ford Motor Company, and Peer Solutions Group Inc. Sidd Ahmed, Founder of VDart, will continue in his role as Group CEO, providing visionary leadership across the company’s broader portfolio.
