Job description

Salary : MYR 2,300 - MYR 2,500 Per Month

Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Minimum basic knowledge in Customer Service, Office Administration, or related field
  • In-house training provided for software and systems
  • Daily utilization of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Gmail
  • Generate Workers Face Recognition Attendance Report
  • Having organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in handling collection & delivery of goods from customer & supplier logistics

Responsibilities :

  • Administer and maintain office space to ensure a well-organized work environment
  • Record staff and workers daily attendance with online face recognition software
  • Monitor monthly collection of utility bills with checklist / chart provided
  • Monitor office / factory activities & efficiency
  • Keep track of incoming & outgoing delivery of goods
  • Handle and monitor customer inquiries & promptly update office activity
  • Record and monitor customer payment via email / daily bank statement
  • Stock activity (received & issued via Excel)
