Job descriptionHandling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products. To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information. Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are welcome - TRAINING Provided Fluent in Mandarin (speak only) & English Willing to work in Ara Damansara Strong communication & problem-solving skills Willing to work on a shift basis (7AM - 3AM) , each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes 1-hour lunch for rest and another 30 minutes of break Competitive basic salary + attractive allowances Leave Entitlement and Statutory Contribution Training & growth opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunities in a high-demand industry Free coffee.
