Job Description
Drive B2B sales efforts and manage accounts across Malaysia and SEA.Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans.Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitable growth.Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and distributors.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.Coordinate with internal teams for forecasting, payments, and supply chain support.Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Sales Manager should have :
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.5 years of experience in B2B ingredient or food commodity sales, ideally within the dairy sector.
Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and consultative selling skills.Comfortable operating across local and export markets, with cultural agility and global mindset.Analytical, well-organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.Key Highlights
