Responsibilities
Retain the existing customers by building a good rapport and providing customer satisfaction.Deliver excellent customer service to customers via live chats.Provide accurate information on products and services to customers.Consistently meet individual and team KPIs and goals.Maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, keeping customers' information.Qualifications
At least 1 year of working experience in any customer service industry, preferably in Live Chat.Able to converse and write well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.Fast typing skills.Has critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, customer-focused, result-oriented & disciplined.Computer literate and proficient in using Windows OS, MS Office, and Google Applications.9 working hours with 5 days of rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Must have your own laptop and good internet connection.Working Hours
Morning Shift : 8 AM - 5 PMEvening Shift : 4 PM - 1 AMMidnight Shift : 11 PM - 8 AMSeniority Level
