IT Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- 4‑6 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment in Malaysia Market is mandatory.
- Coordinate with Lead and Business Development Team to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in‑person interviews.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Foster long‑term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Experience in hiring IT technologies.
- Familiar with Malaysia employment pass regulations.
- In‑depth knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
