IT Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• 4‑6 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment in Malaysia Market is mandatory.
• Coordinate with Lead and Business Development Team to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media platforms and professional networks).
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in‑person interviews.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Foster long‑term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Experience in hiring IT technologies.
• Familiar with Malaysia employment pass regulations.
• In‑depth knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
