Job Description :
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage motorbike registration documents (JPJ, insurance, road tax).
- Liaise with suppliers, insurance companies, and government agencies (e.g., JPJ, PUSPAKOM).
- Assist in processing customer orders, delivery arrangements, and service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer databases.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries.
- Monitor and order office supplies when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.At least 1–2 years of administrative experience (experience in the motorbike industry is a plus).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and time management.Job Type : Full-time
