This is a full-time on-site role for a Shadow Aide cum Special Needs Educator, located in Puchong. The role involves providing one-on-one support to students with special needs, assisting them in their daily activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The educator will work closely with teachers and parents to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students in their academic and social development. Additionally, the educator will facilitate communication between the students and their peers, and help in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in working with students with Disabilities Skills in Teaching, particularly in a Middle School setting Experience in Special Education Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with special needs Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred Able to converse in mandarin is a must Seniority level
