Wellbeing Partnership and Operations Lead, Trust & Safety. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to expand regional wellbeing programs into global initiatives, supporting physical and psychological health for TikTok Trust & Safety teams, partners, and outsourced staff. Responsibilities

Lead a team of multidisciplinary experts to tailor, implement and manage regional wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework; provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design, implementation and evaluation Proactively manage expectations of all stakeholders by providing clear program roadmaps, milestone dates, and global program updates Collaborate with the Wellbeing leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy ensuring alignment across regions Regularly review and staff wellbeing programming outcomes with partner vendors and Wellbeing Program Manager reports Review and align existing program structures of partner vendors with the statement of work requirements Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management Ability to read and interpret wellbeing data findings Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Experience in health / wellness fields Willingness to travel (approximately 30%) Preferred Qualifications

Experience of independently leading work streams / projects within larger programmes Degree in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt to day-to-day challenges Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage emotional demands of the role About TikTok
