Job Summary
The Indian Chef will be responsible for the efficient running of the culinary department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Indian Chef will be the Indian Cuisine Specialist and is responsible to contribute to the overall success of outlets and banquets, in line with the hotel operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
