Sous Chef (Western Asian Local Cuisine)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef (Western Asian Local Cuisine) to join our team in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
• Supervising and training a team of junior chefs to uphold the highest standards of food safety and presentation
• Developing and refining innovative recipes that showcase a unique fusion of Western and Asian local cuisines
• Collaborating with the management team to implement new strategies and procedures to enhance kitchen efficiency
• Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to feedback and addressing any concerns promptly
