Assistant Accounts Manager at Synergy Goldtree Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other accounting summaries.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Handle any ad hoc financial or administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of construction and audit experience.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or others).Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice period.Benefits
