Overview
This role supports the Line Manager in driving the unit’s objectives by implementing PMO governance frameworks, optimising resource allocation, and promoting continuous improvement. The role ensures strategic initiatives and transformational programs (e.g., U2030) deliver measurable results and operational excellence in line with organisational goals and AOP targets, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and execution efficiency. Responsibilities
Support Strategic Governance : Assist in enforcing project management standards to ensure alignment with organisational strategy and compliance with PMO frameworks. Assist in Portfolio & Performance Management : Support the monitoring and reporting on scorecards, project KPIs, risks, and financial outcomes to provide data for senior leadership decision-making. Contribute to Delivery Excellence : Provide support for end-to-end development execution to help ensure timely delivery while assisting in risk mitigation and resolving operational bottlenecks. Facilitate Stakeholder & Resource Alignment : Serve as a point of contact between teams and assist in optimising resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration. Support Process Improvement & Innovation : Assist in driving continuous improvement through best practices, lessons learned, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency. Support Financial & Operational Stewardship : Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures to help maximise project ROI and operational effectiveness. Support Risk & Dependency Management : Help proactively identify cross-program interdependencies and assist in developing mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted project flow. Enhance Reporting & Transparency : Assist in designing and preparing executive dashboards and progress reports that provide visibility into portfolio health and provide supporting data for strategic recommendations. Support Team Capability Building : Contribute to a results-driven culture and assist in delivering training to upskill other cross-functional teams. Support Tools & Methodologies : Assist in the evaluation and deployment of technologies and frameworks to modernise property development capabilities. Calendar management for executives Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Property Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ working experience, preferably in property, real estate, project, or construction management. Solid knowledge of PMO governance, risk management, and performance monitoring. Experience in supporting strategic transformation initiatives and financial stewardship. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
