Key Responsibilities
- Develop fundamental understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and emerging trends
- Utilize strong business acumen to refine and enhance the long-term strategic plan for expanding market share in Malaysia
- Perform competitive analysis between UPS products and services and other players in the market
- Identify sustainable growth opportunities, including new customer segments, product / service offerings, or business models
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with multifunctional partners to develop impactful strategies and marketing plans for successful executionCollaborate with region marketing teams to support launch of new product and service enhancements, develop talking points and go to market strategiesCollaborate with public relations team to develop event plans for external media conferences and thought leadership seminarsRevenue Management & Forecasting
Collect, manage, and analyze data to perform data-driven analyses on customer segmentation and market movementsAnalyze historical data and market trends to identify patterns and generate reliable forecastsWork with cross-functional teams to integrate forecasts into business planning and decision-making processesRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics / Supply Chain disciplinesAt least 2 years’ experience in supervisory roleFast learner, proactive team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, planning and organizing skills, attention to detailsGood articulation skills and comfortable handling presentations to internal and external audienceAbility to work independently and possess excellent communication skills to drive customer and internal engagementsSeniority level
