Senibong Cove, winners of multiple real estate industry awards is an exciting new waterfront development in Johor Bahru along the banks of the scenic Sungai Lunchoo fronting the Straits of Johor.

This development is spearheaded by Walker Group (Australia). In line with our expansion, we would like to invite suitable, qualified, dynamic and self-driven candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities

• To assist Manager in ensuring marketing team achieves the monthly, quarterly and annual targets set by the management.
• Responsible to oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and all aspect to ensure increase sales revenue.
• To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property developments, including digital and offline campaigns.
• To organize and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions.
• Conduct market research to understand buyer behavior, competitor activities, and property trends, translating insights into effective marketing strategies.
• To assist and support for sales launching, attending to walk-in customers, any forms of sales enquiries via email, phone call, letter etc.
• To supervise and lead department to carry out product campaigns and provide feedback on product and campaigns.
• Working with teams to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
• To monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
• Responsible in creating and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.
• To prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing activities
