Role Objective
Lead & execute on monthly marketing campaigns support for all sales channels (Store, Online & Direct Sales) with promotions / activities.
Responsible on 12 months campaign theme, promotions, campaign calendar and implementing organization of campaign team.
Initiate new ideas, feedback and ways to improve monthly / store related activities by ensuring communication materials delivered flawlessly.
Job Description
- Plan, develop, and execute and lead campaigns, or those that are of strategic importance to the organization.
- Liaising with external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget.
- Liaising with stakeholders to develop campaigns and materials to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Equipped stores with communication materials before campaign launch (Catalogue, leaflet, hanging mobile, video materials, etc)
- Fulfilment on price ticket requirement for all stores ensuring they have sufficient materials to publish in promoting our products.
- Research, write and brief related department on design or content for sales collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience.
- Preparation of weekly bulletin and campaign briefing deck for store as reference.
- Plan, manage and execute programs / activities according to budget allocated.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
Event Co-ordination with external supplier on events.Preparation of documents for events.Managing of events on weekends (as and when required).Job Requirement
