M&E Manager (The Starling Mall)

Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the shopping mall’s key system and other M&E infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for key systems, monitor energy usage, and drive energy conservation initiatives to optimize costs.

Provide technical input on M&E requirements during the tenant fit-out process, ensuring compliance with mall standards and regulatory guidelines.

Lead and supervise a team of technicians, oversee contractors, and manage work execution to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

Monitor and analyze data from Building Automation Systems (BAS), utilities, and solar panels, preparing monthly reports and recommending improvements.

Oversee the operations of the building's chiller plant and related accessories.

Ensure good inter-department coordination such as for the purpose of work permit, customer complaints, events and others.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in M&E management, chiller plant operation and maintenance, preferably in shopping malls and office buildings.
• Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
