About the Role :
An established logistics / freight forwarding company specialised in air and sea freights, located in Subang Jaya is looking for a driven and adaptable Management Trainee to join their freight forwarding and logistics team, with a strong focus on business development, sales, and marketing . This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across operations, customer relations, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Learn and support the full freight forwarding cycle (air, sea, and land logistics).
- Assist in developing new business leads and identifying market opportunities.
- Support sales teams in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Participate in client meetings and follow-ups to build strong business relationships.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote services.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to improve strategies and targeting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports for management review.
- Assist in branding, content creation, and managing company social media platforms.
- Contribute to strategic projects and cross-departmental training.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.Strong interest in sales, marketing, and logistics.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); basic design or digital marketing tools are a plus.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Benefits :
