Business Development Manager
- Actively solicit for loans, deposits and Banca sales – ensuring end‑to‑end follow‑through to convert effort into production.
- Achieve sales targets allocated for Loans, Deposits, Banca and new customer acquisition.
- Adopt a promotion of follow‑through practices and a prompt execution culture while performing the role.
- Risk Management – perform proper client introduction and conduct joint visitation with the Account Manager.
- Quality Control & Compliance – ensure quality submissions for high accuracy and correctness.
- Deliver clear explanations on terms of offers and other documents, and on process workflow to customers.
- Follow the Standard Folder Order for credit files before handing over to the Account Management Team.
- Maintain and build good rapport with internal and external customers for business referrals.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and processes at all times.
Business Wealth Development Manager
Responsible for sales and marketing of deposits and FOREX, meeting the financial needs of SMEs.Acquire new business accounts and manage portfolio growth for high‑value SME depositors.Actively drive deposit growth, identify opportunities and meet allocated targets.Monitor and execute action plans to achieve overall deposit targets.Job Requirements
Preferable 1 to 7 years of experience in business‑to‑consumer sales with a proven track record.Strong business acumen, proactive and highly motivated self‑starter.Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.Experience and exposure in credit marketing preferred as an added advantage.Strong analytical skills in financial account analysis and competent in cash‑flow analysis.Additional Requirements
