Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and invoicing, PO, DO, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team and vendors to process orders.
- Follow up daily on ongoing projects and orders to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.
- Check, arrange, and update stock records to monitor inventory levels effectively.
- Arrange and coordinate order schedules, pickups, and deliveries with customers and vendors.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be detailed, well-organized, and able to communicate professionally with others.Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).Knowledge of AutoCount software is an added advantage.Possess own transport to work.Working Hours
Monday – Friday : 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm
