ROADM Maintenance Technician

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for all the transfer, setup and maintenance of equipment in line with ACD product transfer from Fuzhou.

To maintain and improve equipment uptime.

Identify and quantifies quality problems associated with equipment and / or processes and provide solutions.

Always ensure the equipment implemented deliver the good and right quality services / product to the customers.

Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule

Performs any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Education & Experience

Bachelor or Diploma in Science / Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment maintenance (functional skills).

Skills

Strong hardware skills to diagnose, assembly and support variety of production equipment.

Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge

Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude.

Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.

Experience working in high mix and high volume manufacturing environment, and / or assembly, SMT, PCBA manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.

Experience in supervising a team of maintenance personnel will be an added advantage.

Willing to work shift.
