• Principal Accountabilities :
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive budget tracking system for USP and NADI projects.
• Provide regular budget updates and reports to internal stakeholders and management.
• Identify and mitigate potential budget risks and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
• Skill level and requirements
• Financial Management (Advanced) : Proven experience in budget management and fund utilization.
• USP Knowledge (Experienced) : Understanding of MCMC USP regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical Skills (Advanced) : Skilled in analysing budget utilization and claims data.
• Number Crunching (Advanced) : Proficient in handling large datasets, performing complex calculations, and identifying trends.
• Solid experience in SAP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Certifications
• Financial or marketing certification preferred.

• Formal Education :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Language :
• English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Relevant Working Experience :
• Proven experience in budget management and fund utilization, understanding of MCMC USP regulations and compliance requirements, experience in analyzing budget utilization and claims data & proficient in handling large datasets, performing complex calculations, and identifying trends.
