Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, handling calls, and managing office supplies.Ensure the office is well-maintained and operating efficiently.Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and internal communications.Prepare letters, memos, minutes, and simple reports when required.Handle basic documentation and correspondence.Assist in posting job ads, arranging interviews, and following up with candidates.Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.Benefits
