T&E Compliance Analyst (Japanese Speaker) - Project SME
As T&E Compliance Analyst for the Implementation project, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for employee expense claim auditing and compliance handling. You actively contribute to the project team led by Business Process Management (BPM), drive the assessment, documentation, training and knowledge sharing for a successful business service transition to Roche Services and Solutions (RSS).
Responsibilities
- You actively contribute to the Chugai OneT&E implementation project as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- You are responsible for assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements. You clearly document all compliance assessment activities (e.g., assessment results) in Concur during claim processing.
- You escalate issues and recommend resolution plans in a timely manner to the RSS Line Manager and Affiliate (where required).
- You support the preparation of reports and training material on updates to the compliance monitoring process (e.g., review manuals, return reason coding). In collaboration with the Reporting Line Manager, you make appropriate recommendations to the Global Lead, T&E Compliance for process improvement and become part of the solution provision activities.
- You participate in the transition project by performing user testing activities and developing the T&E Compliance checklist in accordance with relevant policies, regulatory requirements, and procedures. You maintain active communication with the local Japan affiliate during and after the transition project to ensure the achievement of the project’s objectives.
Qualifications
You hold a university degree or above (preferably in business, law or finance) with more than 3 years’ experience in compliance reviews or its equivalent and its implementation in a highly regulated environment or in audit firms.You possess strong proficiency in English and Japanese.Good communication skills are essential, as the role involves supporting our counterparts in Japan.You have strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the facts with professional skepticism.You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Candidates with project-related experience will be an added advantage.Who We Are
