Location : Sentul & Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur

Salary : RM2,500 – RM4,000 (based on experience)

Working Days : 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description :

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services while ensuring timely supplier payments. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth procurement operations and positive supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and evaluate suppliers, products, and services.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier details.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs.
• Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly.
• Handle issues related to delayed or defective goods.
• Maintain and monitor supplier payment schedules, ensure timely payments, and liaise with the accounts department on payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
