Job descriptionTo assist the leader in keeping the purchasing department running efficiently. Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents for approval. To source, select, and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers. To monitor and coordinate deliveries to ensure that all items are delivered as per schedule. To follow up on orders, quotations, and invoices from the supplier. To assist in data entry, filing, and keeping track of all Purchase orders and related documents. Coordinate with site personnel to monitor the delivery of materials and equipment. To undertake any other ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by the superior as and when required. Requirements
