Specialist - Application Support (Mandarin Language Support)

Responsibilities Responsible for business-related application operation & maintenance, including rapid diagnosis and resolution of system failures, troubleshooting to user inquiries & requests.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor or higher degree in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-3 years working experience in Java development, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or other common databases is preferred.

Strong communicational skills, experienced in driving multiple stakeholders to alignments, strong self-motivation, willing to support nightshift on-call duty when required.

Must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin and English.

Team worker and quick learner, able to understand new business processes & system enhancements.

The Package

Attractive Salary (RM5,000 – RM7,000).

Performance related bonus for confirmed staff.
